Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor will be responsible for all aspects of the Project, including, but not limited to: • All services, software, configuration, and development associated with the implementation of NH State Park Enterprise System and its associated business process impacts. These Services are further detailed in Appendix C: System Requirements and Deliverables. • Developing, implementing, hosting, and maintaining the Department’s web-based NH State Park Enterprise System. • Maintaining a database-driven reservation system which will reflect to the user the NH DNCR’s particular business rules and reservations requirements and allow the user to complete the transaction and pay appropriate fees using a credit card. • System must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365 days per year. Vendor will be responsible for maintaining the operational status of their provided applications and will monitor, trouble-shoot and resolve all issues related to service availability and functionality. The system will be available except for mutually agreed down time for system maintenance and upgrades. • Provide a central reservation call center, providing 12 months of operation and a backup call center location. • Provide an integrated point of sale system for use in park facilities.
