Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Purchasing, hereby publishes notice of intent to approve a sole source authorization for Idaho Office of the State Board of Education to purchase Quottly Course Sharing Platform from Parchment (previously Quottly). Quottly is the vendor that has built the Online Idaho platform at https://online.idaho.edu over the past 2+ years. This platform is now in the launch phase. The Quottly course sharing platform was covered by the one time exemption from competition signed by Valerie Bollinger on 8/3/2020. Since that time, Quottly has provided custom services to develop a course sharing platform that is fully integrated with our Idaho institutions. There are no current competitors. OSBE is still launching Online Idaho.
