Specifications include, but are not limited to: DCF-FSD is seeking to enter into a contract or contracts with one or more vendors who are in good regulatory standing with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide 24 hours/7 days per week (24/7) year-round operation of a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) located in Vermont. The proposed location of the PRTF and demonstration the community is open to the facility location should be included in the proposal response. For the purposes of this RFP, the State is seeking to contract for fifteen (15) beds at the PRTF; the Contractor(s) may provide additional beds above the fifteen to other States or parties at their discretion in accordance with the licensing authority.
