Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project scope of work is the relocation of kitchen grease exhaust, replacement of penthouse outside air dampers and controls, and refurbishment of nineteen (19) air handling units as follows: AHU-B-5, AHU-B-6, AHU-B-7, AHU-B-8, AHU-B-9, AHU-B-10, AHU-B-11, AHU-B-12, AHU-P-4, AHU-P-5, AHU-P-6, AHU-P-7, AHU-P-8, AHU-P-9, AHU-P-10, AHU-P-11, AHU-P-12, AHU-P-13, and AHU-P14. Units serving fourth floor operating rooms to be refurbished to provide twenty-five (25) air changes per hour (ACH) to operating rooms in lieu of the current 20 ACH. Units serving third floor operating rooms to be refurbished to provide twenty (20) air changes per hour (ACH) to operating rooms in lieu of the current fifteen (15) air changes per hour (ACH). Reheat recirculation pumps to be replaced with inline. Systems with HEPA filters in space to be moved to air handling units. Temporary HVAC equipment and previsions required to minimize operational impacts.
