Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. These services are for inspection and preventative maintenance services for overhead cranes at various City owned locations in Lincoln and Ashland, NE 1.1.1. Annual inspections services shall be performed for compliance with OSHA standard 1910.79. 1.1.2. Services shall include preventative maintenance and repair items noted during inspections or as requested by the City. 1.1.3. Contractor shall provide overhead crane operation training to City employees as described. 2.1. Provide a qualified service technician to perform inspections. 2.2. Provide all necessary tools, equipment, and lifts/ladder to access equipment. 2.3. Provide a written report identifying any deficiencies inclusive or exclusive of inspection specifications. 2.4. Provide an estimate of cost for the service call, parts and labor based on the unit price hourly labor bid to correct any deficiencies found.
