Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2 solid sides with a glass door or 3 solid sides with a glass door. Preference is for 3 solid sides and glass door. Minimum dimensions 40" x 40" Due to ceiling height and fire code regulations, the proposed units cannot be any higher than 90" at a maximum. Any unit proposed higher than this maximum height requirement will not be considered. Door should not have a locking mechanism. Lighting can either be controlled by the user or automatically controlled by the unit. Phone booth must have a ventilation system. Contractor shall provide detailed information regarding the ventilation system used in unit proposed. Phone booth unit must be easily transportable or easily taken apart to transport or move to a different location. No occupancy light is desired. However, if Contractor has a solution for room scheduling that would attach to the unit to show scheduling of that phone booth, Contractor should provide the information regarding that solution and pricing. Phone booth unit must be soundproof or sound dampening. Contractor shall provide information regarding the soundproof or sound dampening capability of the unit proposed. Phone booths shall have at a minimum of one power outlet and one USB port. Phone booth shall have a standard 3-prong, 120 volt plug that connects to a standard outlet.
