Specifications include, but are not limited to: lifting of concrete sidewalks, driveways and curb ramps between the businesses and street and include the full width of the sidewalk. The sidewalks, curb ramps and driveways will be lifted to the top of the existing curb to not more than ¼” higher. Sidewalks will be lifted to be level with existing storm sewer inlets unless height at curb is exceeded. Sidewalks will be sloped to allow drainage to the street and in no case shall flow allow back towards businesses.; Requirements for cross slopes along flow path of sidewalk pertaining to the American Disability Act (ADA) will be maintained. Sidewalk areas, noted on plan, and sidewalk ramps will be lifted as necessary, but ADA standards may not be completely achieved due to existing conditions.
