Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marshall University is looking for a vendor who can manage, produce, and print the Marshall Magazine. Vendor should describe its approach and methodology to providing the service or solving the problem described by meeting the goals/objectives identified below. Vendor’s response should include any information about how the proposed approach is superior or inferior to other possible approaches. 4.2.1. Objective 1: Continue publishing the magazine three (3) times per year. 4.2.2. Objective 2: With assistance from the Office of University Communications, Vendor shall manage and produce the Marshall Magazine. 4.2.3. Objective 3: Create a visually appealing magazine that grabs community attention.
