Bid Item #2: North Beach Clubhouse Building: Soft wash Clubhouse’s cedar shingle siding, to clean and remove stain in prepping for future stain re-application. Scope: Vendor is to wash the Tennis Building’s cedar shingle siding as a restoration project to clean and remove old stain to leave as a natural siding finish and/or to help in the prepping for future stain re-application as needed. This building includes approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of wall surface to be treated and washed along with a complete exterior soft wash of trim, overhangs, windows, fixtures, doors, eaves, soffits, as well as a vinyl railing on the flat roof section (surrounding A/C units) and the propane tank enclosure. This single-story building includes twenty-five (25) windows and five (5) doors, located at 79 Boston Neck Road. Bid Item #3: North Beach Clubhouse Deck: Soft wash exterior decks, railings, side panel walls, and staircases. The address for this building is 79 Boston Neck Road, Narragansett. Scope: Vendor is to soft wash the exterior decks, railings, side panel walls, and all staircases. The deck walking surface is approximately 4,200 sq. ft. of decking (including the handicap ramp) with railings, sides, and four (4) staircases.
