Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspect SIRN tower shelter generators and transfer switches of SIRN network. A list will be provided to a prospective Bidder once the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement has been executed. Perform necessary preventative maintenance on generator and transfer switch; Hours and generator needing service will be provided by the State. Inspection – Every 12 months . Check engine oil and coolant for proper levels and condition . Check air filter and crankcase breathers. Replace with customer’s approval . Visually inspect belts . Inspect wiring and connections . Check governor operation, stability linkage and oil . Check engine heaters, radiator, hoses and heat exchanger for leaks and condition . Check fuel tanks, pumps and lines for leaks or damage . Check condition of batteries (load test) electrolyte level and charge rate . Start and run engine, check temperatures and pressures
