Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government (“Metro Government”) is now accepting Proposals for renovation of the chancery at 212 College Street; Through this Request for Proposal Louisville Metro is seeking to award a contract for the renovation of an existing Building located at 212 College Street, Louisville, KY. The building is a 2-story structure with a full basement. Renovations include but not limited to the following: new Plumbing system; New HVAC System; new electrical system including emergency generator; total renovation of all interior spaces to create new dwelling units. Also included is a new hydraulic elevator to serve all floor, a serving kitchen for service to residents, and administrative offices.
