Specifications include, but are not limited to: Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the redevelopment of Louisville Civic Center in Downtown Louisville. The qualified firms should have expertise in downtown/urban core development, mixed use projects, projects with a public-private component, historic renovation and conversion, architecture, and planning. The selected firm will first enter into a Letter of Intent with Louisville Metro Government to identify key terms of the due diligence period including site evaluation and potential financial terms. A development proposal, which may include creating conceptual design renderings, construction analysis, economic analysis, environmental analysis will be submitted upon successful completion of due diligence period. Louisville Metro Government through Economic Development will then negotiate final details for the development plan. The firm will have 6 to 9 months to complete a development plan. This time may be extended by mutual consent of the selected firm and Louisville Metro Government
