Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide interior and exterior Window Cleaning Services in accordance with the tasks as specified below on an as needed basis. This contract will function as an Agency Specific Contract, where no minimum or maximum quantities of services are guaranteed. The purpose of this contract is to preserve and maintain the cleanliness of the windows of property managed by the DOA. All work performed under this contract shall be in locations within the jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina, the DOA/FMD in Wake County. Vendor must be capable of window cleaning of facilities with multiple buildings, multiple sites, and multiple floors (stories) and conducting multiple projects simultaneously. All work performed must conform to all applicable codes within the jurisdiction where the work is to be performed. The Vendor shall submit with its proposal any and all certifications it possess to complete the tasks outlined in this contract: a) Certified Window Cleaner (CWC) b) Building Access Safety Professional (BASP)
