Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following Specifications are the minimum that IDFG is willing to accept. Truax OTG 7516 ten (10) foot No-Till Seeding Drill, or equal Row Spacing – must be a minimum of seven and a half (7.5) inches. Number of openers – Must have a minimum of Sixteen (16) openers. Opener Travel – Must have at minimum six point five (6.5) inches of travel. Opener Depth – Must have an adjustable range from zero (0) inches to three point five (3.5) inches. Must have a hydraulic depth stop. Discs – Must have at minimum thirteen (13) inch staggered double opening discs. Calibration – Must have an easily accessible and adjustable calibration mechanism. Drive Wheel – Must have an end drive wheel with lockout hubs. Working Width – Must have a minimum working width of ten (10) feet. Overall Width – Must not have an overall width of more than fourteen (14) feet. Length – Must not have an overall length exceeding eighteen (18) feet. Lead Coulter – Must have at minimum sixteen (16) inch diameter Coulters. Main Box Capacity - Must have a main box with a minimum capacity of twelve (12) bushels. Small Seed Box - Must have a small seed box with a minimum capacity of one (1) bushel. Native Grass Box - Must have a native grass box with a minimum capacity of six (6) bushels. Imprinter – Must come with Brillion style imprinter to press sage seed into the soil. Must come with a digital acremeter. Walk board – Must have a front and rear walk board with access ladder to facilitate filling of all seed boxes. Engine Horsepower Requirement – Must require a minimum sixty (60) horsepower engine to operate the drill. Gearbox – Must have a minimum of three (3)-speed gearbox. Hitch Mount – Must have a clevis hitch mount. Must have an anti-sway torsion arm. Must have parking stands when not in use. Must have a folding tongue for trailer transport.
