Specifications include, but are not limited to: This state funded project will include all necessary construction services as required to construct the replacement of underground storage tanks with above ground storage tanks to include subsidiary electrical and civil work elements. The work is comprised of a Basic Bid and Additive Alternate One. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring all workers are adequately protected. The Contractor shall have a safety and health management program that complies with AKOSH requirements, and includes: a. A worksite hazard analysis; b. A hazard prevention and control plan including personal protective equipment and safe work procedures required for specific tasks; c. New employee training and periodic worker training regarding safety and health; d. Regular safety meetings with written documentation of attendance, safety topics discussed, worker safety complaints, and corrective actions taken;
