The Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) on JBSA-Ft Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) web-based software or a COTS web-based software that can be modified to replace the current legacy testing framework with a Defense Health Agency (DHA) network enterprise compliant architecture. It will include standards of training management lifecycle modules for the advanced individual training environment and provide automation support services in the development of a web-based testing and training management solution.
