The Health Promotion & Chronic Disease Prevention Unit, Tobacco Prevention and Control Program is seeking a Legal Consultant to provide legal technical assistance regarding tobacco prevention and control activities. We are seeking a Legal Consultant to provide the following: Work on tobacco control policy development, implementation, and defense; Work with NDDHHS staff and other key tobacco control partners in North Dakota; Assist with any combination of the following activities: conduct research and analysis; prepare memoranda; draft model language; review drafts of proposed laws; consult on issues related to adoption, implementation, and defense of tobacco control policies and laws; and provide training to the North Dakota tobacco control community.
