Specifications include, but are not limited to: providing engineering design and construction documents for the complete reconstruction of the roadway. The scope of this project includes reconstruction of NW/NE Curtis Street from the Curtis Flyoff to what is platted as Monroe Street on the east end of the grain elevator. In addition, portions of Quincy Street and Monroe Street within the public right-of-way are to be reconstructed. The existing sidewalk on the south side of Curtis Street is to be extended to the east end of the project. City utilities are to be evaluated for replacement with this project. Bid alternates for both asphalt and concrete pavement are to be included with this project. This project also includes a mill and overlay on the Curtis Flyoff from Curtis Street to the Kansas Avenue bridge.
