Specifications include, but are not limited to: Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is requesting proposals for a B2C e-commerce solution and, if necessary or recommended, an implementation partner to guide our transition to a composable e-commerce system. The system we are seeking will be dynamic, scalable, user-friendly for both staff and customers, integrate with campus systems, include or allow for seamless integration with automated marketing tools, and maintain compliance with industry security and accessibility standards. The system is to allow the Extension Store to remain competitive while providing a quality customer shopping experience similar to that of leading mainstream online retailers while purchasing digital, tangible, and e-course products. The system should also be easily scaled and cost effective for use by other campus departments.
