Specifications include, but are not limited to: A prospective sponsor may respond with an offer to supply one or more of the following sponsorship levels: Platinum Sponsor $100,000 [Limited to 1 Sponsor] The Platinum Sponsor is the premier sponsor of the event with the most numerous and visible branding opportunities. The sponsorship includes the opportunity for the sponsor to display a short video at the beginning of each full conference day. The sponsor’s logo will be displayed prominently on the conference website. The platinum sponsor will have the opportunity to: (1) include appropriate materials in attendees’ welcome packs; (2) include the sponsor’s logo on the back of name badges; and (3) have an exhibit space in the conference’s exhibit hall. The Platinum Sponsor will receive four (4) complimentary conference registrations. Gold Sponsor $25,000 [Limited to 2 Sponsors] The Gold Sponsor will sponsor one of two lunches during the conference. This sponsorship includes: (1) a 15-minute presentation to the attendees during one of the conference lunches; (2) the sponsor’s logo on the conference website, (3) the sponsor’s appropriate materials for the attendees’ welcome packs; (4) the sponsor’s logo included on the back of name badges; and (5) an exhibit space in the conference’s exhibit hall. The Gold Sponsor will receive three (3) complimentary conference registrations. Technology Sponsor $15,000 [Limited to 1 Sponsor] The Technology Sponsor will sponsor the registration site and badge printing at registration. The sponsorship includes: (1) a entity-branded lanyard for each conference attendee; (2) the sponsor’s logo on the conference website ; (3) the sponsor’s appropriate materials in attendees’ welcome packs; (4) the sponsor’s, logo on the back of name badges The Technology Sponsor will also receive two (2) complimentary conference registrations.
