The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Abbreviated Engineering Assessment if needed, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Services, Roadway Design and Plan Development, Hydraulics Analysis, MOT, Pavement Design, Permit Applications, Signing, Traffic Analysis, Lighting, Local Coordination, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including abstracting, R/W engineering and R/W Staking), Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. Other services, such as Archaeological Investigations, and Historical/Architectural Investigations, may be included if needed. Additional services may also be required.
