All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall complete a Topographic Survey, Environmental Documentation, Design and Plans, Pavement Design, Hydraulics, Waterway Permits, Geotechnical Investigation and Right of Way Engineering, including Title Research and Construction Phase Services, and other related services as needed. Other services such as Ecological Surveys, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, and Wetland Mitigation, may be included later if these work types become necessary. Additionally, the selected firm will be responsible for providing public outreach and marketing services for all construction contracts on this RFP where applicable. These services shall facilitate INDOTs efforts to proactively and effectively communicate project developments to the media and public through consistent messaging and visual illustrations. The selected firm shall prepare a Communications and Marketing plan which shall include the facilitation of key stakeholder meetings, public outreach meetings and the INDOT public hearing. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, securing meeting locations, distributing meeting invitations, preparing meeting visualizations and supplying meeting minutes within one week of event. Key stakeholder meetings may be either one-on-one or focus group style meetings. To keep the media and public informed, the selected firm shall develop a media and stakeholder list of appropriate contacts, and create and distribute news releases as determined by the project team. The selected firm shall coordinate with INDOT regarding all outreach efforts.
