Specifications include, but are not limited to: .The Elevator Contractor is required to have been operating as an, Elevator Contractor, inthe State of Maine for a minimum of 5 years;2.The Elevator Contractor shall possess, or have ready access to, any and all diagnosticequipment, and/or software required or necessary to connect with the various brands andtypes of elevators and must have the ability to diagnose issues with each brand or type ofelevator;3.The Elevator Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, fluids, special equipment, andservices in conformance with the terms and conditions as outlined in this RFP;4.The Elevator Contractor shall have on staff properly trained, licensed, and certifiedpersonnel that possess the ability, and necessary equipment to perform the services asdescribed in this RFP and as required per manufacturers and industry standards for allequipment located at each of the listed facilities;5.The successful Elevator Contractor shall provide to the city a schedule of whenmaintenance work will be conducted based on the excepted maintenance program. Uponarrival of any type of work the Elevator Contractor shall be required to make contact withbuilding staff to ensure that the building staff or site contact person is aware that theElevator Contractor is at the location;
