Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to replace sliding door. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition and removal of debris. All items removed shall be properly disposed of, remove from site, and hauled to the City Of Laredo landfill on a weekly basis. Remove existing H.V.A.C. units, A/C copper lines. Demolish the existing bathroom to access to the new walk in shower. CARPENTRY: ꞏ Remove existing sliding door and any obstructions preventing the installation of new exterior door ꞏ Install new 3068 exterior 9 lites French door with threshold ꞏ Provide all materials to cover wall (drywall, texture, studs, brick molding etc.) ꞏ Provide new door knobs ( Keys to be turned in to LMH Supervisor) PAINT: Following paint is to be used according to specs and scope of work any changes to be approved by Supervisor. ꞏ All doors, base boards (Oil-Base White) ꞏ Walls Standard MH color (Contractor to request formula from Supervisor) SITE WORK: WEATHERIZATION: Provide rubber base caulking around new construction subject to weather filtration. Trim and finish all caulking and sealants that are applied around pipes, gaps, holes, and other exposed surfaces.
