Specifications include, but are not limited to: Support the agency in organizing, coordinating, and facilitating twelve (12) in person events which provide education about the world of work and career exposure for students and youth with a disability. The event participants will include but not limited to college age students, students participating in Career and Technical Education programs, New Hampshire Employment Security, VRNH’s community partners and other stakeholders including VRNH staff. Each year, six (6) events will be held in various locations throughout the state; at least two (2) events will be held in the summer; one event in north country and Claremont Lebanon. The contractor will be responsible to develop a project plan delineating the below services. EVENT MANAGEMENT • Establish regular ongoing communication with VRNH and designated community partner and work closely with VRNH and partners to determine the overall look and theme of the Event, including but not limited to its layout and flow. • Serve as liaison with vendors, venues, internal stakeholders, and other Event stakeholders. • Ensure all authorized agents and/or staff involved in the Event planning are qualified to perform services in accordance with best industry standards (Event Planner will not subcontract any tasks to third parties without the prior written consent by VRNH).
