Specifications include, but are not limited to: FOUR (4) CONCRETE BLOCKED, 3 SIDED, BINS FOR STORAGE OF GRAVEL TYPE MATERIALS. THREE (3) WILL BE 20’ WIDE X 20’ DEEP X 10’ TALL. ONE (1) WILL BE 30’ WIDE X 20’ DEEP X 10’ TALL. ALL FOUR (4) BINS WILL BE COVERED BY A DOMED-STYLED ROOFTOP THAT WILL ALSO COVER THE REAR OF THE STRUCTURES BUT NOT THE FRONTS. THE THREE (3) BINS OF SIMILAR DIMENETION WILL HAVE A TOTAL HEIGHT OF TWENTY FEET (20’) AND THE SINGLE BIN OF LARGER DIMENTION WILL HAVE A HEIGHT OF THIRTY FEET (30’). ALL AREA CONTAINED WITHIN THE FOUR MATERIAL BINS WALLS WILL BE COATED IN ASPHAULT NO LESS THAN 6” (SIX INCHES) THICK. ASPAULT MUST BE ¾” BINDER COURSE COMPACTED IN 2” LIFTS. (GRAVEL BASE FOR STRUCTURE WILL BE PREPARED BY MANCHESTER Water Works). The contract term will be July 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023 with an option to extend/renew for an additional three months from October 1, 2023 through December 30, 2023. This option to extend/renew is solely at Manchester Water Works discretion, by and through the Board of Water Commissioners. Agreement to extend/renew must be made in writing no less than 30 days prior to the end of contract. Pricing & Pricing formats: o All proposers must provide both a unit price and a total price for each item required for the project. o All proposers must provide a separate hourly rate for each task listed performed. o All proposed prices must remain firm throughout the contract term. Drawings: All proposals must include detailed drawings displaying and describing 1) actual concrete blocks to be used including manufacturers name and item along with actual dimensions, 2) actual rooftop materials, dimensions, manufacturer and model details, and 3) any other pertinent details associated with the project. Actual or estimated quantities: You must specify whether the quantities are actual or estimated quantities intended to be purchased. If quantities are estimated state that Manchester Water Works will not be responsible for purchasing the actual quantities quoted.
