Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified teleservices providers to provide the Call Center Services. The Call Center Services include services for Regular Education and Special Education. The objective is to provide a complete solution which will result in the implementation, operation, and staffing of a student transportation call center to field inquiries from parents and the public regarding satisfaction, issue resolution and issue documentation while providing complete, accurate and timely feedback and data to the District’s Student Transportation Division. If the respondent believes that additional services or functions beyond those listed below are necessary to achieve this objective, include those additional items with an explanation of the approach to achieving the objective.
