Specifications include, but are not limited to: Landscape design, maintenance, beautification, and nursery and plant expert providers to provide high quality service to the City of Frankfort, Kentucky for the downtown Frankfort area. THe city is exploring the possibility of contracting out downtown landscape design, planting of flowers and plats annually, regular and routine maintenance (watering, mulching, trimming, etc.) and overall beautification. We are asking potential companies or individuals to provide proposals and recommendations on what species of flowers and plants to plant as well as physically planting the various different types of flowers and plants in the downtown area. As well providing recommendations and physically providing daily routine maintenance.
