Specifications include, but are not limited to: LRCVB desires to outfit our Mobile Marketing Van (2019 Ford Sprinter Van) to create an immersive experience for current and potential visitors. We are seeking a contractual relationship with a firm to redesign, provide installation, and on-going support for a custom-built interior and exterior components to our vehicle. SCOPE OF WORK PROJECT PLAN & DELIVERABLES: Create a project plan and timeline Provide detailed information on suggested components with a line-item budget for each. Troubleshooting for all features post deployment Consultation on trends and future improvements post deployment to maintain the vehicle as a competitive tool. DESIRED FEATURES: (this does not represent a complete and comprehensive list project scope may change based on interviews with responding firms) Electrical Power to support all features including base electrical, shore-power, generator power, etc LED Lighting Components Additional cooling and heating to provide comfort in all weather for staff members staffing the vehicle Flooring Finishing out the existing serving window to increase functionality Finishing out existing merchandise wall with digital display (TV/Monitor), sound, display fixtures Adding a retractable partition or screen that could prevent people from entering the van or looking into the van when the merchandise shelf is pulled out. Adding lockable cabinetry Adding an additional passenger seat behind driver Adding a refrigerator Adding a powered awing Adding exterior lighting for the awning Training our staff on proper use and maintenance of all components.
