Specifications include, but are not limited to: The design consultant’s initial scope of services shall include, as a minimum, the elements listed below; however, the scope of services described below is not intended to be comprehensive. The City requests that the consultants provide their opinions and recommendations on an appropriate scope of services which addresses the following items and all others the consultant feels are vital to project success. The consultant’s scope of services shall be structured to define each task as follows: Objective, Input, Activities, and Deliverables. The Consultant’s services shall include the following tasks: Task: Project Management The Consultant shall provide comprehensive project management services to include budget and schedule maintenance, resource allocation, communication management and quality assurance and quality control of project deliverables. Task: Review of Equus Beds Aquifer and ASR Project Data Utilizing existing City resources and planning documents and implementing consultant-specific tools and insight, conduct an evaluation of the available information and identify other information that is required to complete the design. The selected consultant will work with the City to identify, compile, and utilize available City resources. Consultant shall evaluate the geotechnical setting for the candidate groundwater recharge sites by reviewing and referencing publicly sourced geotechnical information, including existing well and groundwater monitoring locations, groundwater elevations, groundwater flow direction and groundwater quality data.
