This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as RESTRICTED to all Small Business. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award services or supplies contract for the TRANSPORTATION, FINAL TREATMENT, DISPOSAL, AND/OR RECYCLING OF MERCURY CONTAMINATED MATERIALS as per specifications in the attached Scope of Work and specs. Quotations are being requested under number 70Z04521QPKF16200. The NAICS code is 562211. The small business size standard is $41.5 million. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 21-04.
