INTENDED SOURCE: Democracy Live Electronic Ballot Return System - OmniBallot ; The State of North Dakota is seeking to better serve individuals who are visually impaired or blind. Recent activity has also signaled the possibility of pending litigation around delivery of service to this group. The State is proactively working to find a workable solution to deploy electronic ballot delivery technology which does not require manual duplication for the 2024 election.
