Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Site Improvements & Cold Storage Project base bid work entails relocating Conex boxes and redirecting an existing drive/roadway and paving. The demolition and removal of an existing hydrant, to include the installation of a new hydrant that will be connected to the existing water lines. Furnishing and installing stormwater utility infrastructure, to include milling and paving two (2) existing parking lots. In the first parking lot (POV lot), the removal and disposal of an existing fuel point which has been locked-out-tagged-out, along with the demolition and removal of a light pole. New led pole lighting will also be furnished, installed and powered via best route.
