Please quote the projects separately and together: Project ONE: HVAC complete Split Systems: (location at City Hall, replacing the Foyer system, HR system, Accounting system) Furnish and install THREE (3) 5-Ton units 14 seer 3phase condenser Up flow coil 95% gas furnace Remove and haul away old HVAC system at vendor expense Crane for install at vendor expense Must supply manufacture warranty and labor warranty Must be located within 30 minutes of the city of Cleburne After completion you must respond within 24hrs for all service calls Install must be between the hours of 8-5pm Mon-Fri only Must be able to reconnect to existing control system at vendor expense Must include all electrical work Must be completed no later than June 1 st Must add unit identifying number on outside of unit Project TWO: HVAC complete Package System (Location across from City Hall at the IT building) Furnish and install 14 seer 5-ton RTU Heat pump Curb adapter Remove and haul away old HVAC system at vendor expense Crane for install at vendor expense Must supply manufacture warranty and labor warranty Must be located within 30 minutes of the city of Cleburne After completion you must respond within 24hrs for all service calls Install must be between the hours of 8-5pm Mon-Fri only Must be able to reconnect to existing control system at vendor expense Must include all electrical work Must be completed no later than June 1st Must add unit identifying number on outside of unit
