Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Contractor shall install two (2) 70”x70”x6” concrete slabs for the condensing units. 2.2 Contractor shall install six (6) 6” bollards around the condensing unit area; the City will work with the Contractor on the locations for the bollards. 2.3 Contractor shall paint the bollards yellow to match existing bollards. 2.4 Contractorshall provide crane servicesto unload the two (2) condensing units and place them on the new concrete slabs. Condensing units are provided by the City. 2.5 Estimated time for delivery of the units is the week of June 6, 2023. Contractor shall coordinate with the City’s project manager to ensure the Contractor’s crane service is onsite to unload and set new units. 2.6 Contractor shall install two (2) new RTU 11 condensing units. Condensing units are 20‐ton Johnson Controls split system R‐410A air conditioner, 4‐pipe R‐410A, two‐stage cooling, standard motor. 2.7 Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to pipe the units and wire the units for 480V and 120V electrical. 2.8 Low voltage controls, communication wiring and connections will be performed by others. 2.9 Contractor shall provide startup of the new units, including all documentation.
