Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of St. Albans is requesting proposals for engineering services to construct a sidewalk along the eastern edge of Route 7 south of the City/Town Line. This sidewalk will provide a connection from Harbor View Road, to the sidewalk at the City/Town boundary. In general, the scope of this project will follow the project development process below: • Meetings o Project kick-off o Development of conceptual level plans o Development of Preliminary set of plans • Development of preliminary plans. • A land survey prepared by a licensed land surveyor. • Develop Right of Way (ROW) plans with ROW lines along with property boundaries. • Develop contract plans, technical specifications, final engineer’s estimate and bid documents. • Assistance with determining and applying for any required permits. • Assistance during construction.
