Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to Establish a Price Agreement for the Sale of Scrap Metal (both non-aluminum and aluminum items) for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT), District Two (2) Office in Roswell, NM. Successful Contractor(s) will be required to remove all scrap metal as designated by the District Engineer or designee. In the event the successful Contractor fails to remove all scrap metals within forty-five (45) days after notification by the NMDOT District Two (2), the price agreement will be cancelled and awarded to the next responsive Contractor.
