Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Blaine County Commissioners will be receiving bids for the Recycling Center Addition & Remodel project. The project will consist of: An addition of a covered storage area, a small conditioned scale booth structure, and improvements to existing conditions at the Recycling Center per the Construction Documents & Specifications. All work shall be complete and functioning for all construction, mechanical, electrical, finish trim, paint, as required for complete “finished”, conditioned operational spaces. Contractor is responsible for a complete, professional, safe, construction practices complying with industry requirements and or standards. New construction/install shall meet or exceed current applicable codes. The owner will submit and pay for the building permit. Any garbage, job office, are the responsibility of the awarded contractor. The contractor is responsible for any/all required inspections and testing pertaining to building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc as required.
