Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide maintenance service as specified herein for Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materiel, and supervision required for the removal of grease, debris and other contaminants that accumulate on the components of the Kitchen hood exhaust system. Inspection and cleaning of the kitchen hood system shall be completed in accordance with NFPA 96, manufacturer’s recommendations, state, and local codes. All work shall be performed in the presence of an Agency Representative who shall sign documentation, provided by the Contractor, that the work is complete. The signature of the foreman of the crew performing the work shall appear on site prepared documents.
