Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is to establish a contract for Pest Control Services at Pine Mountain State Resort Park. Monthly service for lodge building-including kitchen, dining room, Ray Harm room, lobby, gift shop and 30 lodge rooms. The Kentucky Department of Parks is seeking quotes for monthly Pest Control and Extermination Services. Under this contract, pest control is the use of properly registered pesticides and/or the use of approved devices at scheduled times and at monthly interval to provide adequate and acceptable levels of insect and rodent population suppression at the locations covered by this contract. Monthly pest control service is to eradicate and control rats, mice, roaches, water bugs, wasps, fleas, silverfish, ants, spiders, bats, snakes, ticks and all other insects with the exception of termites, carpenter ants, and bed bugs. Contractor shall be qualified and licensed exterminating professional in Kentucky. Integrated Pest Management practices shall be applied. Contractor shall advise Park on eliminating habitats that provide food, water and shelter for pests.
