Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lincoln, hereinafter referred to as Owners, are requesting bids from qualified companies, hereinafter referred to as Vendor(s) for a new 4-inch Water Line Installation for Pioneers Golf Course Pond. Vendor shall maintain existing functions at the facility and protect the general public and employees against damage during all portions of the project. 1.4.1 Any damage done to any part of the facility which is not part of this construction will be immediately repaired by the Vendor at no charge to the Owners. 1.4.2 Vendor shall not store construction products, tools, or supplies in an area other than what is designated as a staging area. Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation, and perform all operations in connection with and reasonably incidental to the complete installation of the pump station, pump station wet well, electrical power for pump station, concrete base pad installation, Z-Pipe, and mainline and filter discharge pipe installation.
