Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Louisville School of Dentistry seeks to lease approximately 10,000 – 15,000 square feet of professional space in the Eastern parkway area of Louisville, Kentucky to house an orthodontics and pediatric dental clinic. The space must be located in a professional office park in the Eastern Parkway area. The space will ideally consist of two or three large open bay areas that can accommodate eight to ten dental units each, four to five private exam/treatment rooms, a lecture hall, five to six private offices for doctors and residents, a patient waiting room, a lab space, a staff lounge, and ample parking for staff and patients (7-8 spaces per 1000 sq feet of space). All space needs to be ADA compliant. It is the University’s intent to agree to an initial term of five (5) years for this lease.
