Specifications include, but are not limited to: UNLEADED GASOLINE: The gasoline supplies under this contract shall conform to Federal and State Specifications concerning fuel content, emissions, safety, etc. for unleaded gasolines. The unleaded gasoline shall be of 87octane, to be verified by vendor at purchaser’s request. The vendor will monitor fuel levels in all tanks to ensure a 25% tank minimum at all times until June 10th. Failure to maintain minimum fuel levels will be considered a breach of the agreement and will void the contract. All deliveries of unleaded gasoline must take place during normal operating hours. A delivery receipt must be signed by a school employee. All measurements required by federal and state regulations must be adhered to at all times. Emergency deliveries may be requested. The successful bidder will be required to notify the Business Manager whenever the posted price of the refiner changes. The invoiced price of all fuel must reflect any changes made by the supplier. Bid must include: Verification of refiner’s posted price The vendor’s deviation from the posted refiner price. Mill Creek Intermediate 500 Gallons Transportation Department 1000 Gallons. DIESEL FUEL DIESEL FUEL: (ULSD) Highway- Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) Highway-The ultra-low Sulphur diesel fuel supplies under this contract shall conform to all ASTM D975 specifications. The supplier will be required to provide an ultra-low Sulphur diesel winter additive from November 15th to March 15th. During this time period, the winterized ultra-low Sulphur diesel fuel must achieve a – 10F cold filter plug point (CFPP) Vendor will monitor fuel tanks to ensure 25% tank minimum at all times until June 10th.
