Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will involve the development of a 100% stormwater design for the portion of Silver Lake State Park in Barnard that includes the beach, playground, parking area and pavilion as well as the approach of the access road. 30% designs have been completed. The consultant will need to obtain a wetlands permit and a signed final VHDP Project Review form. The development of the 100% designs will include the design guidelines from DEC below as well as: A)Summarize the relevant data from the previous studies noted above. B)Conduct field visits in the Silver Lake State Park, including in-person meeting(s) with State Park staff to identify known problem areas associated with stormwater runoff. C)Refine wetlands delineation and complete and secure permit D)Signed final VHDP Project Review form. E)Develop 100% design plans and final design scope and cost estimate.
