Specifications include, but are not limited to: Notice is hereby given by the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, that engineering consulting services will be utilized for the following project: MINE BRIDGE, located in Ohio County, West Virginia. The structure carries County Route (CR) 1 over Short Creek and is located approximately 0.43 mile north of the intersection with CR 1/1. This project shall consist of preparation of contract plans and related documents for the construction of a new bridge at the current location, while maintaining traffic on a downstream detour during construction. A Design Study has been completed and will not be a part of these services. Post Design Services, if required, may be by separate Agreement.
