Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism has attempted to give an estimated amount of probable purchase to be made during the term of the contract. The Department may elect to order more or less than the quantity indicated. Estimated quantities are based on previous usage history and are not a guarantee of spending. B. The Contractor shall bid on price per gallon of wastewater and wastewater sludge, hauled to an Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) approved, permitted facility. C. The Contractor shall have a minimum of 3,200-gallon truck and shall be able to pump from the wastewater treatment plant(s) and/or lift station(s) at Mount Magazine State Park, Paris, AR 72855. D. The Contractor shall respond and provide service within twenty-four (24) hours of oral notification by the park or by the date specified by the park on the Purchase Order, including weekends. E. The Contractor shall provide service seven (7) days per week. F. The Contractor shall carry liability insurance on all vehicles used to provide service to the Department. The Contractor shall provide proof of insurance to ADPHT within two (2) business days of a written request. G. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage done to the treatment plants and/or lift stations that was caused by the Contractor’s employees and/or vehicles. H. The Contractor shall not hold ADPHT responsible for the Contractor’s employees or vehicles while on park property or vehicles left parked on the grounds overnight.
