Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Education Department, Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, is seeking proposals for a two (2) year contract from qualified entities to develop, market, coordinate, and provide Transition Services Training to both secondary education schools and external community partners; the first year will be training secondary, charter, private schools, and homeschooled students with the second year for training to community partners such as area agencies, mental health centers, and other collaterals that may make student referrals to VRNH. The proposal shall contain a description and plan of how the contractor will communicate with schools and community partners.
