Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a plan to implement an Industrial User Survey; 2 Develop a master list of all industrial users discharging to the WWTF; Distribute surveys to industrial users to identify the following information: • The exact name of the industry and a contact person and email address • Address of the facility • Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) • North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) • Measured or estimated wastewater flow and water consumption data • Types of concentrations known or expected to be in the wastewater discharge • Major products manufactured, or services supplied, and amounts produced • A description of existing onsite pretreatment or Pollution Prevention practices • The location of all discharge points into the City’s sanitary collection system • Raw material and chemicals stored at the site • Flow diagrams • Operation, production and clean up schedules • Spill prevention plans
