Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lincoln, Parks & Recreation Department, (herein after referred to as the City) is requesting bids from qualified companies (herein after referred to as Vendor), to provide Annual Supply - Swimming Pool Chemicals. Swimming Pool Grade Sodium Hypochlorite shall be delivered in various amounts to multiple swimming pool locations within the City of Lincoln, NE with each pool tank holding 300 to 500 gallons. Vendor is responsible to take product off the truck. 2.4.1 Vendor may off load onto loading dock if truck size permits. 2.4.1.1 If truck size does not permit to off load to bottom of dock Owners can lift onto dock. 2.5 Vendor shall give a 24 hour-notice prior to delivery. 2.6 Vendor shall comply with all current State, Federal and current OSHA guidelines.
