Specifications include, but are not limited to: he Property consists of approximately 10 acres and contains an approximately 38,500 square foot school building and an approximately 1,280 square foot storage shed. A. The Property will be sold “as is” and the District expressly disclaims any warranties with regards to the Property. B. The Purchaser shall sign a purchase agreement containing the terms and conditions in the Purchase Agreement attached as Attachment 2 within seven (7) days from the date that the Board accepts the Purchaser’s bid. C. Following conveyance of the Property to the Purchaser, the District shall have no liability or exposure with respect to the condition of the Property. At closing, the Purchaser shall enter into an agreement with the District wherein the Purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless the District from all liability arising out of the condition of the Property.
